STORY WORK

Helping clients explore their professional story is at the heart of Brio's career assistance. Story work helps clients identify the core elements of their professional trajectory. The client can apply their story to their resume/LinkedIn profile, cover letters and other outreach, and interviewing or use it to define the next steps in a professional path.

Given the multi-faceted nature of 21st-century professional skillsets, one's application's success depends on the strength of their story and not merely matching all of the qualifications of a given job. Megan's background in both storytelling and career services helps clients work through a process where they arrive at a story that reflects their unique professional experiences.

Brio provides the client with a story document that contains their core story, considerations for professional growth and challenges, observations that the client may not have considered, and keywords accurately describing the client's skills and attributes.
